Hi friend! Right now I am at personel training in Virginia for my new job. Things are going well here and I am learning tons of new stuff. Plus we’re all having tons of fun and making plenty of new friends. I will be back in KY for a week and a half in April before I fly out April 18. My new home will be in Swaziland, Africa and I will teaching Life Skills in one of the local schools as well as work with our association’s Youth and Children’s departments.

Ask the Lord to please keep me focused during the next 5 weeks as we finish training. Classes start at 8AM and end at 3PM, which makes for a long day. For the next 2 weeks we will be receiving some of the most important information during our stay here. Ask that the Lord will guard all of our minds and hearts so that we will be able to retain the information from each presentation. Also, our quite time is especially important while we are here and sometimes its hard to accomplish everything needed for the day. Ask that the Lord will give me a strong desire for his word and that I will be in prayer without ceasing.
