Churches of Swaziland

The churches of Swaziland: Manzini and Hhohho Regions

There are 12 churches total for the 2 regions. Here are a few pictures of the various churches and outreach groups.

Bethany is a new outreach group in Ezulwini Valley of the Manzini Region.

Ntsintsa is a church in the Hhohho region. They are currently without a pastor and lead by a few older male youth.

Hawane is a church in the Hhohho region, which celebrated their one year anniversary this past May. The pastor is currently not attending Sunday services.

  This is the building they are meeting in and have begun to out grow. Praise the Lord!

Mableni is an outreach group started by Peace Baptist Church in the Hhohho region. We visit their church the Sunday of every month

Peace is one of the churches in the Hhohho region.

 These pictures are from the revival held earlier this month. During the revival several youth and children from the area accepted Christ. (approx. 20)

Peniel is one of the churches in the Hhohho region and closer to town.

These pictures are from a recent children’s bible study with a team from the states.

  

Sympathy is one of the churches in the Hhohho region and one of our more remote churches. The pastor is currently working in South Africa and now being lead by a 10 and15 yr old girl. We visited last Sunday and there was only one adult among 14 other children and youth.

  This is the building where they met. It used during the week to grind the maize or corn.

  

Manzini is one of the churches located in the city of Manzini as well as the region of Manzini. Manzini is the largest city in Swaziland.  

These pictures are from a recent youth meeting. Currently there are very few youth attending meeting the church so for the month of October I will be helping to start to their youth meeting as well as helping to conduct community outreach.

Sibebe is an area where we used to have a church. There is currently a children’s bible study which meets by the water very Wednesday after school.

Nkhaba is one of our outreach group started by Hawane Baptist. Nkhaba is our newest bible study. One of the princes of Swaziland and his family are currently attending the study.
